During their July 10-12, 2021 annual conference in Las Vegas, NV, the National Speakers Association (NSA) inducted Sam Silverstein, CSP, CPAE, into its prestigious Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE) Speaker Hall of Fame.
Silverstein is honored to join this prestigious group, which includes President Ronald Reagan, Zig Ziglar and Jason Dorsey.
“I want to thank the CPAE Committee that gave me this honor to engrave my name next to the names of so many great speakers in this organization,” Silverstein said.

For the last 28 years, Silverstein has been recognized as a top-rated keynote speaker whose mission is to empower others to live accountable lives, transform the way in which they do business, and to thrive at new and remarkable levels. He challenges leaders to shift their priorities, foster an organizational culture built upon accountability, and inspire others to take ownership and produce extraordinary results so that their companies are positioned to increase productivity, profitability, and growth.
Before becoming a full-time speaker, writer and consultant, Silverstein was an executive and owner of manufacturing and distribution companies that sold over $100 million in products and services. It was here, in the rough and tumble real world, where Silverstein learned firsthand the importance and inherent value of accountability.
Silverstein believes that accountability is not a way of doing, like the world sees it. Instead, it is a way of thinking. Specifically, it is how we think about people.
“My mission is to build a more accountable world. When you know what your mission is, and you see your message through the eyes of a steward, you treat your clients differently, they excel differently individually, as an organization, and in the community. And when we all do that, then we are all working together to build a more accountable world,” Silverstein said.
